Welcome to Regina Moonbrooke's "Puchi Puri Yuushi" Site!

Hello all, and welcome to my site about the anime series, "Puchi Puri Yuushi", or "Petite Princess Yucie" in English...PPY for short either way. What is PPY? Well, it's (loosely) based off of the "Princess Maker" series of games, from Japan (one of which was translated into English and the Beta version was floating about on the 'net for a good while). But you don't have to have played the games, necessarily, to like the show--it's a clever, funny, lighthearted fantasy series with likeable characters and amusing plots. (But then, since I AM a fan of the games, I don't really know how someone who's never played any of them would react to this show...)
Technically I guess it's for kids, but it's intelligent and funny enough that adults can enjoy it too...which is what all children's shows SHOULD strive for, in my opinion.
Anyway, let's leap straight into things, shall we?

Update! (February 10, 2004) Just a few minor tweaks, such as adding a counter to the main gallery page (should've done that a long time ago) and now the character profiles on the "About the Show" page have PICTURES to go with them...doesn't that look so much nicer? ;)

Basics about the show itself, and short (spoiler-free) character profiles.

FAQs Not that anybody actually HAS asked me about the site yet, but here you can find some information about the site and why/how I made it the way I did.

The Royal Art Museum aka the Screenshot Gallery.

What kind of weirdo made this site, anyway?

Submit stuff to the site (but read the guidelines/FAQ page first.)

"Puchi Puri Yuushi" and all characters thereof is the property of GAINAX, Takami Akai, and whoever else it belongs to (sorry, but I can't read the Japanese symbol credits!) No profit is being made by this site, it is entirely for the author's (and hopefully, other fans') entertainment purposes. Please do not sue me, as I have no money anyway.

Last but not least, a very SPECIAL thanks to all the good folks at Xenonfansubs, without whose efforts I would never have been able to watch the show at all...and this page would never have existed!
